1) Define Company : 

A company is organizational unit. company has it's own individual financial statements of different company codes. A company have many company code. Data is stored at client level and it is valid for all organizational levels. 

A company have one or more company codes. Within company all company codes use the equal transactions in addition parallel fiscal year. Only company code currency can vary.

2) Define Company Code : 

Company code is smallest unit of organization that have self contained set of accounts, and provide profit and loss statements.

3) Plant :

In sap material management side to copy parameter use T Code - EC01

Enter T code /nec01 and enter- go to copy org object- put from company  code- copy company to company code- continue.
